Store Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We encourage you to read the product descriptions before ordering to get a better idea of our scents. 

 At Luxe Eleven our goal is that all of our customers are completely satisfied with the products that they purchase. If for any reason your order was damaged during the shipping process, send us a picture of the damaged item and we will gladly send you a replacement. This must be done within 3 days of receiving your order. 


If you have any issues with your order (not received, damaged, etc.), please contact us at info@luxeelevencandles.com so we can service you the best we can. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We will find a resolution to any customer issue that may arise. 

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade in small batches. They may have minor variations batch to batch (i.e. slight changes in color).
